For quite a while now I'm a collector of cute fabrics. Everywhere I see them I just have to buy them; I have a box full!! BUT.... I didn't do anything with them! Until now that is. Yesterday evening I sat down, took the box and just got started!! And here's the result: an adorable owl!!
Beetje overdreven hè 4 foto's? maar ik vind m zo leuk! Ik ga er gauw nog een maken!!
Overigens zijn de ogen gemaakt met de tools van Epiphany Crafts: Button Studio Tool Round 20.
Okay, maybe 4 photos are a bit much, but I'm really proud of him (or her?). Btw, have you seen that the eyes are made with my fav tool the Epiphany Crafts Button Studio Tool Round 20?
En verder kreeg ik van de week een leuk emailtje van Kim. Wie is Kim??? Zij verzorgt de blogposts op "Best of the Web" en vroeg of ze mijn blog er mochten noemen. Nou, natuurlijk!!! HIER is de link naar hun site. Leuk hè
Another fun thing happened last week, I got this email from Kim:
I found your blog and think your scrapbooks are so cute! I contribute to a blog called “Be @ Home” (http://pocketchange.become.com/category/home-and-garden) and we’d love to recommend you to our readers via our column “Best of the Web.”
This weekly column aims to connect our users to neat and interesting blogs that expand the reader experience. Your blog is perfect for this. And as Be @ Home averages about 3.3k unique visitors per day to the homepage, it’s a great way to get more publicity for your blog.
See examples of Best of the Web here: ..........
It would be great if you were interested in the feature, and could spread the word about Be @ Home too. Please let me know if you’d like to be part of Best of the Web, and have a great weekend!
How about that???? Of course I said yes and yesterday my blog featured on their website. HERE's the link if you want to see it yourself!!
That's it! Off to buy some Pokemon cards for my 6 year old (I have to spoil him a bit now that his dad, sis and bro are off "holidaying" in Greece!!! lol!)
Hugs and have a wonderful weekend!
