Kiwi Lane developed a scrapbooking method called "framing" and the Imaginisce team was given the privilege of using some of the fun Kiwi Lane templates.
As soon as I saw the Kiwi Lane templates, I knew which photo I was going to use! I received the “Mini Aspen Court” set which is a set of “wavy” designs, but cut in half the templates kind of resemble a moustache! And because I had these photos of my daughter I knew what I was going to do!
To create the moustache I used template 2B for the top of the moustache and 3B for the bottom. I traced half of both templates on (the back of) my paper, then folded the paper in half and hand cut it. And voilà! A moustache! For the rest of my page I used another template (3A) from the “Mini Aspen Court” set and the circles from the “Tiny Shapes Accessories” set. Loved working with the Kiwi Lane products!
Now if you wonder where I got my background sheet with the text, that was done with my Silhouette Cameo and a sketch pen (just switched the blade for a black sketch pen!).
Supplies Used: Imaginisce (Black Ice: patterned paper; compact with jewel-colored gems).
You can find out more about Kiwi Lane Designs on their Facebook Page and on Imaginisce's blog of course!
