2 Crop Addict layouts
Although the week has been very busy I've found some spare half hours to play with my January kit from Crop Addict (did I tell you I LOVE it???). Here are two of the layouts I've created with it (the others are more or less ready too, but I haven't had the chance to photograph them yet).
Here's the first layout I made: "Simply Striped"
Don't you think they look cute in their matching striped outfits? I didn't choose these clothes on purpose, but I'm glad I did! :-)
For this layout I mainly used the Road Show collection from Fancy Pants (LOVE it) and a bit of the "Sophie" collection from Bo Bunny. And even though they are quite different I think they match very well. Of course I couldn't resist to pull out my sewing machine...if I could I would use it on every single layout!
Here's anotherone: "I adore you":
Used the Bo Bunny "Sophie" collection. I love this line with it's pink and purple colors, but I think I said that before, LOL.
Hugs and hope to see you soon!!

Strike a Pose! -
... that's what Manon did when I took this picture of her, LOL!
I printed these photos when we returned from our holiday in Denmark, but when I wanted to scrap them I couldn't decide on the papers.... and then 2 weeks ago I bought the "Bella" line from Best Creation and I knew straight away which photos to use. These papers are so beautiful: full of colors, many details and glitters!! Perfect for me!!
The sketch I used is the new sketch, number 96, from The Scrappiest:
And some details of the shapes I created with my very favorite tool from Epiphany Crafts!

Christmas & Inkido!!
Good afternoon and merry Christmas!!
And because it's Christmas I created both a Christmas layout and Christmas card for Inkido.
The layout is about our Christmas Tree. And you know what I love most about our tree? It's because it's filled with love and memories: we have lots of handmade decorations (handmade by the kids and me) and lots of decorations we brought home from our various trips and vacations abroad. We have angels from Rome, Mickey Mouse on the Eifel Tower from Disneyland Paris, a snowman from Germany, a shopping bag from Macy's New York, a sock from Harrods in London, a gingerbread man from Austria and a Cable Car from San Francisco, oh and the Angel in the top of tree is from London too. So many sweet memories, it's makes me happy just to look at the tree :-).
And you know what makes me happy as well?? All those gorgeous Inkdio products Lise-Lotte and Petra sent me!! Every time an Inkido envelope is delivered at our house I can't wait to open it!! And as soon as I open the envelope or box the goodies spill out: papers, charms, flowers.... there's so much! And look at that cute little card on the right of my layout? Isn't it just perfect??? I had the same photo of my DD and our Cocker Spaniel!
And here's a list of the Inkido products I used: patterned paper: Hjertegod, Juleglede, Kongler and Classic (God Jul Grön), flowers, leaves, charms and some "pearl branches".
And here's the card I made:
Materials from Inkido: patterned paper: Classic (Noter Brun) and Autumn Wardrobe (Tailored Stripes) and some charms. The stamp is from Ladybug and Friends. Used my Epic to emboss the background and my Copics to color the image.
Don't you just LOVE the stamp???
And I'm not the only one..... I stamped the image a few times just in case I'd make a mistake with the coloring. And guess what happened when I wasn't looking?? Right!! My kids "stole" them!!
This was it, hope you liked it and that you'll be back soon!
Have a wonderful day!!

Have you been so busy as well???
Is time flying by for you as well??? or is it just me??? When I think about it I'm getting a bit panicky...there's still so much to do and so little time (I haven't even written and sent all my Xmas cards yet!)! But at the same time I realize that I only get something done when I'm relaxed, so right now, I sit back and relax ..... only to get going again! :-)
This morning I woke up to yet more snow (and no, I'm not tired of it yet) and the kids and I decided to take the sleigh and take Jippie for a walk in the park:
Isn't it beautiful???? and soooo fun too!!!
The rest of the day I spent doing shopping, cleaning and scrapping of course!! And you? What did you do??
Good night and talk soon!

Sketch #95 The Scrappiest
Although I've been very busy this week I did find the time to create a layout based on Liz' new sketch!!
Here's her sketch:
And here's my take:
Here's her sketch:
And here's my take:
When I was digging through my stacks of paper I found some Chistmas papers from Sassafras Lass from last year "Life at the Pole"! I remember "saving" them for later because I loved them so much.... and now I'm glad I did! They are perfect for these snowman photos!! I think it's the first "real" snowman the kids ever made and they were so proud of him!!!
Some details:
The details on these papers were made for my Epiphany Crafts tools, don't you agree??? I used the Shape Studio Tool Round 14.
If you want to see what the other members of the design team made please visit the blog of The Scrappiest. And if you have a free moment this week, why not join us and use the sketch!!?

Today I am sharing with you how to create these red felt Christmas ornaments:
And here are the instructions:
- handcut a heart from a piece of thick red felt
- hand stitch around the edge starting at the bottom (don't cut off your thread too short as you'll use it later to atttach some beads)
- attach a ribbon to the top
- punch a snowflake
- use the Epiphany Crafts Button Studio Tool round 20 to create a button
- attach button on top of the snowflake
- attach a string of beads and/or a bell and you're done!
I think the two round button studio tools are my favorite tools ever right now! Btw, did you know that the 1" round epoxy tools will be in stores soon? Isn't that awesome?!!!

My INKIDO projects
Every other Saturday it's my turn to show you what I made with my Inkido goodies at their blog. And today it is one of those Saturdays. Here's what I made:
First of all a layout: my DD in the snow last Saturday:
And did you see she's wearing a Swedish hat?? I swear I didn't do this on purpose! I only noticed it when I was halfway the layout.
Here's what I used: patterned paper: Mathea (Golden Glow), Apples (Golden Delicious), Christmas Elegance (Snowfall and Snowfall Stripes), Autumn Friendship (Anita) and Gammaldags Jul, cardstock, stamps (tree and snowflake), leaves, berries, ribbon and 2 kinds of pearls.
And then for my second blogpost I decided on something else than a layout and found a template on the internet (at Papers and Pictures) to create this giftbox:
And because it's Christmas time one can never have enough gift boxes!!
Here's what I used: 2 different kinds of cardstock (green and red), patterned paper Gammaldags Jul (Julspets and Julsnirkel), ribbon, pearls, leaves and flowers.
And last but not least, right now INKIDO is giving away a BLOG CANDY at their blog. So hop on over and enter to win a lovely prize!!! You haven until the 17th of December to enter!!
For now I wish you all a wonderful weekend and hope to see you back soon!

I wanted to create a winter layout, but couldn't decide on the papers I would use... in the end I chose 7 different kinds of patterned paper and 2 different kinds of cardstock!
