My May Crop Addict layouts!

I love the May Kit from Crop Addict! It's filled with Crate Paper and The Girls Paperie!! It's so me!! Here are the projects I made so far (but am definitely going to create a few more, as I have lots left!!)

Here's the first, Nap Time:

I don't have any digital photos of Manon when she was small so I scanned a few traditional photos last week! Doesn't she look cute? The Crate papers are just perfect for her!

Made the epoxy shapes in the centre of the flowers with paper from the kit and my fav tools from Epiphany Crafts!

Here's the next layout "Little One", made with papers from The Girls Paperie:

Love to incorporate these curls on my pages lately:

And here's the next "Just Imagine": A page about my husband and my daughter choosing a birth card for the birth of Timothy, almost 12 years ago.

Aren't these epoxy shapes of a girl and a baby just perfect? Made them with the 1 inch round shape tool from Epiphany Crafts and a sheet of Crate paper. The epoxy flowers are also from Epiphany Crafts.

And last but not least a baby card "Beautiful Baby"":

Dutch Dares, schets #38

En toen was het weer tijd voor de schets van de Dutch Dares!!! Johanna heeft deze keer de schets gemaakt en die is toch leuk!

Time for the next Dutch Dares sketch, this time Johanna made the sketch (which I love!).

A page about my dd wearing one of her favorite sweaters: one with a hoody. Sweaters with hoodies are "in" and they love them, especially with the hood up (and then I sneak up on them and pull it off, LOL, this doesn't matter one bit as they put them on again in a sec.), this is fine with me, but there's one exception, when we're having dinner the hood goes OFF!!!

Used Echo Park, lots of butterflies and glimmermist.

The chipboard Maya Road butterflies are painted first, then stamped with a Prima text stamp and then covered in a layer crackle accents by Ranger.

Als je zin hebt om de schets te proberen vergeet dan niet om m door te linken naar de blogpost op het Dutch Dares blog, wie weet win je de RAK of ben je onze volgende gastdesigner!!!

If you feel like scrapping this Easter weekend why not give it a try??? Don't forget to add a link to your blog in the Dutch Dares blogpost and who knows? you might win the RAK or become our next guest designer!!!

Geniet van je Paasweekend!!!!
Have a wonderful weekend!!!!

Challenge weekend at the Nook!

Last weekend there were some fun challenges to do at the Nook. I only had time for two, but enjoyed participating very much.

Here's the card I made for Danni's challenge (she made a sketch and you had to use at least one butterfly). I used papers (Rose Hage line), stamps and ribbon from Inkido.

And the other challenge was from Katarina who had a color challenge. This is what I made of it. Used Echo Park "Springtime".

And some close-ups. I love the effect of that twine positioned over the page.

Love those flags too!

This is the color combination you had to use:

Thanks for stopping by and thanks for your comment!!

INKIDO time again!

I have two Inkido layouts to share with you. They are both about my youngest, as I have tons of photos of him waiting to be scrapped.
They are both made with Inkido's "Is This Love?" line.

"Precious":

And a few close-ups of the charm, the frame diecut, the flowers and the butterfly stamp. Aren't they all wonderful?

And here's the other one "Love U": last year, during one of our stays in some hotel, we had a bed with 6 huge pillows and two huge "covers/quilts" on our bed. Our youngest (who just turned 5 years old) had to sleep in our bed and almost got lost in it!!

a few close-ups of the title and the beautiful flowers (made the flags myself ...)

and a close-up of the ribbon and the butterfly charm:

And a close-up of 2 (of the 4) epoxy Epiphany Crafts hearts I used on this page. So so so love those tools!!

If you want to see more Inkido projects, please visit their blog!! It's filled with so many adorable projects from all their wonderful designers!!!

Thanks for visiting my blog and hope you enjoyed my projects.

MLS project and published!

You probably know that I love everything by My Little Shoebox and when I had lots of left over scraps I just couldn't throw them away .... but what to do with them? Well .... this for example!

the front:
the side:
and a photo of the back:

It's a little house with a hole in the roof and hollow on the inside. You can put it over a little vase and the flowers will stick out of the roof.... Don't you just love My Little Shoebox too?!!!

And then this morning my issue of Scrapbook Magazine UK arrived!! and you know what's in it? My Disney mini album!!

Used one of the canvas mini albums from Maya Road I bought, papers from Best Creation and of course lots of shapes from Epiphany Crafts!!

How fun is that?!!

Thanks for visiting and hope to see you back soon!!!
