De Efteling!

Vandaag vroeg opgestaan (7.15 u!!!) want we gaan naar de Efteling!! Na een uurtje rijden stonden we om 10 voor 10 op de parkeerplaats en om klokslag 10 uur, toen het park open ging, waren we binnen!
Today we woke very early because we were going to the "Efteling"!! After an hour's drive we arrived just as the park opened (together with hundreds of others) and we stayed until 6 pm. We hardly ate anything at all because we didn't want to miss any of the attractions.


Dat was maar goed ook, want het zou een drukke dag worden. We zijn begonnen bij de Droomvlucht en omdat Mats die zo leuk vond, ben ik daar met hem nog een keer in geweest en is Pat met de andere 2 naar Villa Volta ernaast gegaan.
We started at the Dream Flight, Mats' favorite and while Mats and I went in again for another round Patrick went to Villa Volta and the Bird Rock with Tim and Manon.



Omdat Mats en ik later uit de attractie kwamen dan de anderen waren die maar vast naar de Vogelrock vertrokken. Ik ben daarom maar met Mats in de draaimolens gegaan en dat vond hij helemaal geweldig!!

Omdat we dit keer zo vroeg waren konden we eigenlijk alles doen wat we wilden, al liepen de wensen soms nog wel eens uiteen. Zo wilde Mats het liefst naar de speeltuin en het land van Laaf en wilden Tim en Manon naar de Vliegende Hollander en wildwaterbaan. Gelukkig wilden ze wel alle 3 in de Fata Morgana en in het Carnaval Festival.
This year it was a bit difficult to choose where to go: Manon and Tim wanted to go to The Flying Dutchman and the Pirana, but Mats is too small for those attractions. Therefore we decided to split up for a while, Patrick took Tim and Manon to the attractions of their choice and I took Mats to the playground, the Fairy Tale Forest and the Laaf people. The Carnival Festival and the Fata Morgana we did together again.



Toen de volwassenen om 17 uur eigenlijk naar huis wilden en de kinderen nog lang niet, is Pat met Tim en Manon nog naar de bobsleebaan gegaan en ik met Mats naar het sprookjesbos....en dat was leuk!!!

En Holle Bolle Gijs blijft ook favoriet!

Al met al een geslaagde dag (al hadden ze in de auto op de terugweg slaande ruzie - letterlijk - .... zoals gewoonlijk, zucht!).

When we left we were all worn out (but the kids were not too tired to fight in the car....of course)!
