Hello everyone. Today I'm sharing a layout created with the new Ginger Snap collection from Pretty Little Studio. The more I use this collection, the more I love it! I'm a Fall person and this collection is right up my alley!
For this layout I chose a photo my youngest son with his panda (from quite a few years ago) and printed it twice. Here's what I made:
I used the paper "Old Fashioned" for the background of my layout. Loving the border! This paper already has so many designs on it, the layout didn't need much more.

When I have a new collection to work with I really have trouble cutting into the beautiful papers. This collection was no exception. So I decided to use the packaging of one of the packets of die-cuts to mat the photos with.
When I started on my layout I sorted my supplies in piles "definitely want to use" and "maybe want to use". And although this animal portrait die-cut isn't of a panda, he is black and white and super cute so he went on the pile I definitely wanted to use. Isn't he super cute?!

For the title I used one of the many large word die-cuts:
There are so many journaling die-cuts in this collection and they come in all shapes and sizes. I chose this half round journaling card and wrote a few lines about my son feeling not well the whole week and my daughter buying him a panda. So sweet!
This collection also contains a few sheets with word stickers. The stickers I used come from two different sheets.
