Hello Hello - The Cut Shoppe

Hi everyone! Today I'm sharing a layout using one of the new cut files that was added to The Cut Shoppe Etsy Store only a few days ago: the Get Around cut file.

I used a photo from one of our vacations from some time ago. I've had it in my "to scrap" drawer for ages and never got around to scrap it. So for the layout I created for The Cut Shoppe last week I thought I would use it. Here's what I did:

I used Crate Paper's Cool Kid collection and really love how this turned out. From the "Get Around" cut file I only used the "hello hello" circle and cut it from Crate Paper's sheet called "Awesome". The little b/w "squares" came from the same cut and were the leftovers that I didn't plan on using, but last minute I decided to turn them around and to stick them back in the empty squares they came from. Okay, some of the texts ended up upside down but that doesn't bother me.

Here're some close-ups of the rest of the page. After adding some die-cuts, chipboard pieces and machine stitching I was done. Hope you like it!

And this is the Get Around cut file I used:

Thank you so much for stopping by today. Be sure to visit The Cut Shoppe Etsy Store for this and many more fabulous cut files!

xoxo
