Doodlebug Mix & Match layout - Fun Can Happen Anywhere

Hi everyone! Last week my Doodlebug "Mix & Match" project was up on their blog and I thought I'd share it here as well. For this layout I chose to combine the two fabulous Doodlebug collections "Anchors Aweigh" and "Under The Sea". I love these collections so much I just want to use them over and over again!

I started my layout with the "sunburst" background cut file which I resized to 11.5 x 11.5 inch and cut from a sheet of white cardstock. I backed the cut using various patterned papers from both collections and adhered the result on another sheet of white cardstock, sized 12x12 inch.

Next I cut a quarter of a circle which I placed in the bottom left corner of the cut. The two photos and the cluster of embellishments to the right of the photos came next.

I really adore Doodlebug's doodle-pops!

Now that I had designed the bottom of my page, I decided the top of the layout was too bare and definitely needed a large title. I found one in the Silhouette store and cut it in two different colors.

The machine stitching came next and I finished my page by adding some more of the fun Doodlebug stickers, which both collection contain in abundance!

Supplies: patterned paper, icons stickers, this & that stickers, washi tape (Anchors Aweigh), patterned paper, this & that stickers, winnie whale doodle-pop, shape sprinkles (Under The Sea), icons stickers (Sweet Things). Other: cut files: Silhouette Store #41110 (sunburst background), Kerri Bradford Studio (title).

Thank you so much for visiting my blog! Have a great day!
xoxo
